The brief profiles of our senior and founding partners, who are steering and providing leadership to PVB, follow:

Mr. Borra - Mr Borra is a Certified Public Accountant with long background in the academe, industry and consultancy work. He used to be an instructor in operations management, financial management and business computer applications at University of the Philippines in the Visayas. He was active in the University's extension work through financial advisory and audit work with non-governmental organizations, cooperatives and small and medium industries. He was tapped as dean of the ABE International College of Business and Economics - Iloilo (a member of the AMA Education System) where he pioneered the setup of the academic operations of the school and later as School Administrator of AMA Computer College - Iloilo to head its sales and operations. more

To further enrich his theoretical background in financial management, he worked with several service, trading and real-estate companies as Finance and Administration Manager. Mr. Borra is also a real estate broker and a Certified Security Professional.

He graduated cum laude in BSBA Accounting from the University of the Philippines in the Visayas. He has also completed academic requirements in Master in Management Major in Business Management from the same institution.

Mr. Pascual - Mr. Pascual worked as a consultant for a top global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company as Software Engineer. He was also connected with SGV & Co. as an external auditor for 3 years and an IT consultant in the business consulting division for 2 years. He has more than 6 years of independent IT management and supply chain consulting engagements for multinational companies. He is currently taking up his Master’s Degree in Science and Information Management at Ateneo De Manila University. more

Mr. Pascual is also an alumnus of the Asian Institute of Management (61st Management Development Program) and has also earned his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Ateneo De Manila. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Accounting as a consistent full time scholar, from the University of the Philippines in the Visayas. He is also a candidate for Certified Management Accountant under the Certification Program of the Institute of Certified Management Accountant's (ICMA) Australia and an active associated member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiner.

Mr. Villanueva – Mr. Villanueva is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Cum Laude, from the University of Negros Occidental Recoletos. He earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ateneo De Manila University and is also a Certified Management Accountant under the Certification Program of the Institute of Certified Management Accountant’s (ICMA) Australia. more

Mr. Villanueva worked as the Group Senior Vice President-Finance of a multinational company engaged in Quality Control of Garments and Textile in Hong Kong and China. He was also the Vice President for Finance and Administration of a multinational on-line travel company (Parent company is listed in the NYSE) for more than 4 years (from 2001-2006). From year 1994 to 2001, he was also connected with SGV & Co. as an external auditor (2 years as branch manager of one of the branches of SGV) and has gained experience in travel, port operations, real estate, construction, auditing, lending, manufacturing, sugar, mining, car assembly waste management and other industries.
